Are you passionate about animals, love being on social media and proud to be studying at AVT?

We’re inviting students like you to become an official AVT Student Ambassador and share your experience to help others take their first step toward a career in animal care.

What you’ll receive

About you and what you’ll contribute

  • You are an AVT graduate working in any area of animal care OR a student enrolled in an AVT course or you could even be one of our valued AVT supervisors
  • You have a public Instagram, TikTok or Youtube account with a growing and engaged audience
  • You are comfortable on camera and have a phone/camera for filming
  • Will contribute authentic digital content 
  • Have a genuine love for animals and a positive, respectful attitude online

No need to have hundreds of thousands of followers, we welcome micro and nano creators with authentic content and strong values.

What does digital content look like?

You’ll create and share content that reflects what it’s really like to study with AVT. 

  • Short form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok or Youtube
  • Candid photos and stories that show your study journey, campus life, placement experience or career in animal care
  • Engagement with our social media 
  • Monthly activity including submitting content for review and completing a short summary of your social media activity

AVT’s marketing team can support you with content ideas, filming tips and feedback to help you create content that shines.

At AVT, we believe the most powerful stories are real ones. Our Student Ambassador Program is about showcasing genuine experiences: the highs, the challenges, the everyday moments that make studying with AVT unique.

We’re not paying an incentive to create polished, curated content. We’re recognising the time and effort it takes to share your authentic perspective. All content should be honest, respectful, and true to your personal journey.

This program is built on trust, transparency, and a shared passion for animal care, not advertising and promotional scripts.

  • If selected, we'll agree on the ins and outs and you'll sign a agreement so you can get started!
