Penny is passionate about empowering nurses to be the best they can be and to be strong advocates for their patients health and well-being. She has over 16 years experience in the veterinary industry as a Veterinary Nurse, Head Nurse, and Practice Manager, both in Australia and the UK. She is owned by a naughty brown dog of questionable genetic heritage, two ginger cats who rule her life, three guinea pigs, as well as her 2 beautiful human children.
AVT has been delivering Vet Nursing and Animal Care related courses for over 25 years. It's safe to say there are no plumbing or hairdressing courses here!
