With over 15 years of hospitality experience spanning Italy and Australia, Ilaria’s journey from Barista to Manager has been marked by versatility and dedication.
After completing her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Ilaria ventured into the world of training, working with some of Australia’s top café franchises. She has also worked at other Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), which saw her excel as a Trainer and Assessor, as well as take charge of financial operations and social media management.
As our Enrolments and Funding Administration Officer, Ilaria is the glue that holds our administrative processes together. From keeping a close eye on student attendance to liaising with government bodies, she ensures everything runs smoothly.
When she’s not at work, you’ll find Ilaria enjoying leisurely walks with her adorable dachshund or exploring markets with her husband. She’s also the creative mind behind an online business where she designs and sells personalised dog accessories.
