Reissue a Document

Please use this form to request a:

Certificate (Testamur) reissue
Record of Results: lists the units completed and the dates of the enrolment
Statement of Attainment: issued when one or more accredited units of competency have been completed, but not a full qualification

Due to regulatory requirements, we’re unable to provide digital copies, including scanned versions, of re-issued Certificates or Statements of Attainment. Your requested document will be sent by post, or you may collect it from our campus.

Once we have processed your submission and confirmed your enrolment, we will issue an invoice for the total amount using the contact details you have provided. Once payment has been received, we will reissue your qualification and either post the document to you or notify you when it is ready for collection.

Important note: A $50 fee applies for the reissue of a qualification document.
