AVT considers all Appeals and the Appeal Policy seriously. This form is to be used for formal appeals, if you have general feedback about an assessment or would like to talk to someone prior to making an appeal we encourage you to contact our Tutors or Program Director first. In most cases, issues surrounding assessments can be resolved quickly and without Appeal. To contact our tutors and program directors simply complete our contact us form or contact us by phone.
