To be eligible for a Jobs & Skills WA funded place* you must meet the AVT course entry requirements as well as the following criteria:-



You are an Australian Citizen

OR;




A Visa Holder


A permanent visa holder, or Holders of a sub-class 309, 444, 785, 790, 820 or 826 visa; Secondary holders of a temporary visa of sub-class 457; holders of a Bridging Visa E (subclasses 050 and 051) where the visa holder has made a valid application for a visa of subclass 785 or 790


AND



Your primary place of residence is in WA



You are Unemployed



You hold a health care card or pension card.

OR




You have a written referral


from an Approved Participation Referral Agent OR by another agency;

Government Funded Subsidised Discount fees for Animal Care and Vet Nursing

Applied Vocational Training is contracted by the Western Australian Government to deliver this subsidised course under the Jobs and Skills WA Participation – Work Readiness program. Participants must meet the following criteria in full to be eligible for Jobs & Skills Participation – Work Readiness program.
