When you click on the particular document, it will ask if you wish to open or save. Save the document so you can fill in the details required.

Completing the form
You can either complete using your own handwriting or type onto the form. Of course if you complete by hand and with to send it in an email, you will need to scan the completed application.
To type directly on the form, just open the document you have downloaded and type directly onto the form. Almost all word processing programs (such as Microsoft Word, Open Office etc) will open word documents and allow you to type directly onto the document. If possible, please complete the section on your reasons for wanting to become a nurse in your own handwriting.
It is quite easy to type onto a PDF document as well. Although the very popular Adobe PDF reader is found on many computers, this program will not allow you to type into an opened document. Installing a simple PDF reader that allows typing into a PDF document is free and very easy. See the notes at the bottom of this page for details.
Please save and make a backup copy of your application before sending to us.
Do not forget to attach copies of document you may wish to add, such as academic results or references.

Please remember that there are no charges to you for us to review a submitted application. Even if offered a place in the program, you are under no obligation to accept this offer and join the course.
We attempt to respond to all applications within a week or so, although this may be a bit longer during vacation periods (especially Christmas time)
